Our fruit Brandy is a citrus-distilled spirit crafted from a vibrant tangerine citrus base, delivering a bright, refreshing flavor. It is further enriched by being carefully conditioned with fresh blackberries, adding a layer of natural sweetness and complexity.
To enhance its depth, we age the spirit with toasted dark American oak chips, imparting subtle hints of warmth, smokiness, and a smooth finish. Our Absinthe begins with a vibrant tangerine citrus base, setting it apart with a fresh, zesty character. This distinct spirit is then infused for 21 days in maceration tanks, where it absorbs the exotic notes of 11 carefully selected herbs and botanicals. Each ingredient contributes to a complex and aromatic profile, offering layers of earthy, herbal, and floral flavors.
To complete the infusion, the absinthe is finished with hibiscus flowers, adding a subtle floral elegance and a touch of natural color. The result is a refined and bold absinthe, perfect for those seeking a flavorful twist on a classic spirit.
