Our family of Resurgence Rum is a true celebration of Florida rum craftsmanship and heritage, expertly blending classic techniques with bold, modern flavors for a unique and remarkable experience. Each of our rums is proudly “Fresh from Florida” certified, and bottled by hand on site in Ocala, Florida.

Aquifer Queen

Our Silver Rum is made from the highest grade of pure Florida-grown sugar cane derived molasses and Florida-grown sugar, as well as water from the Rainbow Springs aquifer. Our proprietary conditioning and filtering system creates a smooth light cream finish like no other Rum.

Our Gold Rum begins with our classic Silver Rum. We age this rum with dark toasted oak chips. When it reaches the end of its maturation period, we hand grate a little nutmeg into the barrels and finish it with a trace of brown sugar.

Our Spiced Rum begins with our fragrant Gold Rum. We add mulling spices, nutmeg, blade mace, three types of cloves, allspice and cassia cinnamon. Once this rum has become beautifully spiced, we then add smoked serrano and jalapeño chili peppers grown right here on the farm to finish it off into a spicy rum. The last 24 hours we put a trace of hibiscus in to lightly shade the color of the rum to match the amazing fall sunsets on Rainbow River.

Our bold Black Rum begins with our fragrant Gold Rum. We make a homemade butterscotch sauce using Florida sourced brown sugar, butter and water.

Next we add a small amount of the original molasses used to make the rum. We then take locally grown and harvested blueberries, blackberries, and hibiscus, and macerate them in high strength silver rum to make a very dark rum dye, and then added in.

The final ingredient is the Venetian Lily. This produces a distinctive raspberry like aroma and flavor. The rum macerates until it deepens in color and then we filter the solids out to produce the finest sweet Black Rum, a toast to the dedicated Florida Rum Runners that came through Ybor City in Tampa during prohibition.
